Trilogy Book Cover Design | The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis

This project reimagines three selected books from C.S. Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia series as a cohesive visual set, designed to feel unified while still honoring each story’s individual identity.

Each cover uses layered collage elements drawn from the narratives, tied together through consistent texture treatments including grain, speckling, halftone patterns, and hand-drawn line work. Hand-lettered titles and a redesigned masthead further reinforce the handcrafted, illustrative nature of the system.

Color plays a symbolic role across the series, with purple representing royalty, blue representing wisdom, and gold representing power—creating a visual language that supports both theme and tone across all three covers.
